Bug bounty during OBT — rewards for confirmed bugs

Why we want your bug reports

We don't ship a server with the "we'll fix it in production" attitude. The Open Beta Test is your chance to clean up High Five before release, and we're willing to pay for every problem you find.

What counts as a bug

• Skill, craft, epic-boss and siege exploits.
• Item, adena and resource dupes.
• Broken quests, NPCs, instances, raid bosses.
• Geodata issues (walking through walls, getting stuck).
• Autofarm and GM-shop / donation-shop interaction problems.
• Any deviation from H5 mechanics that gives a player an unfair advantage.

Typos and cosmetic UI issues count too, in the lowest reward tier.

How to report

1. Go to Account → Support → New ticket.
2. Pick the Bug report category.
3. Describe steps to reproduce, attach screenshots or a video link, name the affected character and pick a severity.
4. Submit. The ticket gets a number, and you can read all team replies in your account.

The cleaner your reproduction steps, the faster we can fix it and pay you.

Rewards

Paid out at server launch:

• Critical (dupes, economy bypass, service crashes) — large Coin of Luck grant + an exclusive item not obtainable any other way.
• High (serious content breakage, skill exploits) — Coin of Luck + bonus.
• Medium / Low — smaller Coin of Luck grant.

Exact amounts and the exclusives list will be published closer to launch. Fixed rule: the first reporter of a bug gets the reward; duplicates are not paid.

What does not count

• Bugs without reproduction steps. If we can't reproduce, we can't fix it and we can't pay you.
• Third-party software issues (Windows, antivirus, your ISP).
• Player complaints — that's the Player abuse category, separate channel.
• Discord DMs to admins. Only tickets count as official submissions and establish the queue.
