PvP Weapon - Attack Chance

Pasywna · 1 poziom · ID 3653

On a regular attack (damage 50+): 10% chance to deal the target an extra physical hit (never critical). Triggers no more than once every 10 seconds. Against a player with no flag and no karma it fires only in a PvP zone, at a siege, in a duel and in a clan war.
