What is a donation here?

A donation on L2 Afterwork is a voluntary contribution toward running the project. It is not a purchase of goods or services — you are helping keep the server online, not buying an item or a subscription.

As a thank-you, the server credits a symbolic reward to your game account — typically Coins of Luck (CoL), our in-game currency used for convenience items and cosmetic rewards. You are free to donate without claiming any reward at all.

Every reward is obtainable through gameplay

Nothing the server offers as a thank-you is gated behind donations. Coins of Luck, bonus items and the rewards they unlock can all be earned by playing — through olympiad, PvP, raid bosses, world events, and daily activities.

Donations do not buy power. They speed up or skip grinding for players who have less time to play, and they directly support hosting, development and day-to-day operation of the project.

Your total lifetime contribution unlocks a permanent bonus on future donations. The more you have supported the project, the higher the bonus on every subsequent donation — our way of saying thank you to players who stick with us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a purchase or a donation?: It is a voluntary donation. You are supporting the project; the in-game reward is a thank-you, not a product you are buying. Because of that, donations are non-refundable except in the specific cases listed in the Refund Policy.
Why do I have to register to donate?: We need to link the thank-you reward to your game account. Without a registered account there is no way to deliver Coins of Luck to the correct character.
What if something goes wrong with my payment?: If you were charged but the reward did not arrive within 24 hours, or if the same order was charged more than once, contact us and we will refund the failed transaction. See the Refund Policy for the full procedure.
Do Coins of Luck have real-world value?: No. CoL is an in-game currency with no monetary value outside the server. It cannot be converted back to real money, traded for other currencies, or cashed out in any way. Transferring CoL or items between players for real money is prohibited by the Terms of Service.
Is donating safe?: Payments are handled by licensed third-party payment providers. We never see or store your card details. The site runs fully over HTTPS and is protected by Cloudflare.
Can I donate without claiming a reward?: Yes — if you just want to support the project without collecting anything in return, write to us through the contact form and we will make it happen.
Can I get my donation back?: Donations are final once the thank-you reward has been credited to your account. Refunds apply only to duplicate charges and non-delivered payments — details are in the Refund Policy.
