By accessing and using L2 Afterwork website and game services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

L2 Afterwork provides a Lineage 2 private game server and associated web services, including account management, game account creation, and server information.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Each user may create a limited number of game accounts as specified in their profile

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, hacks, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs or glitches in the game server
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Sell, trade, or transfer accounts or in-game items for real money
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Disrupt the normal operation of the server or website

5. Intellectual Property

Lineage 2 is a registered trademark of NCSOFT Corporation. L2 Afterwork is a fan-operated private server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSOFT.

All original content on this website, including design, text, and code, is the property of L2 Afterwork.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to:

• Using prohibited software or exploits
• Abusive behavior toward other players or staff
• Fraudulent activity
• Multiple violations of server rules

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous server uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The server may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

L2 Afterwork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, progress, items, or any other damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal data.

10. Donations

Contributions made through L2 Afterwork are voluntary donations toward running the project, not purchases of goods, services, or subscriptions. By donating you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• A donation is a voluntary contribution. Nothing is being sold and no commercial transaction takes place.
• The in-game reward credited to your account (Coins of Luck, items, bonus percentages, etc.) is a symbolic thank-you, not a product you are buying.
• All rewards are also obtainable through regular gameplay — donations do not unlock exclusive power.
• Coins of Luck and in-game items have no monetary value outside the server. They cannot be converted to real money, exchanged for other currencies, or cashed out.
• Trading, selling or transferring in-game items or currency between players in exchange for real money is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• The server may adjust the exchange rate of Coins of Luck, the catalogue of items, and the structure of the accumulated bonus at any time.
• Donations are final and non-refundable once the thank-you reward has been credited, with narrow exceptions listed in the Refund Policy.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a donation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date.
