Chat moderation
What a chat ban is given for in the game, for how long, what does not count as a violation and where to write if a ban was given by mistake.

# How it works
The chat is checked automatically, around the clock and the same way for everyone. A message that contains an insult is judged together with the several previous lines of the conversation: what matters is not the word itself but who it is said to and how. For a violation a chat ban is given within a few seconds, without the administration taking part.

- General chat, shout, trade chat, hero chat. Clan chat and alliance chat follow separate, milder rules described below
- What the offender gets
- A message with the term and the reason of the ban. A line goes to the same channel on their behalf saying that they showed disrespect and got a chat ban
- What a chat ban blocks
- General chat, shout, trade and hero chat, private messages, clan chat and alliance chat. Party chat stays open
- Reminder
- If you leave the game and log in again before the term ends, a message at login tells how much longer the ban lasts
# What a chat ban is given for

# What does not count as a violation
# Terms
The term grows with every violation within a game day. The count is kept per character and starts over every day at 05:30 server time (UTC+3).

# Clan chat and alliance chat
Among your own, swearing and quarrels are not checked. A chat ban in these channels is given only for insults over nationality, over religion and for insults to the administration. Such a message does not reach the chat - a line on behalf of the offender goes out instead. The term follows the common ladder.
# Private messages
No chat ban is given automatically for insults in private messages. If you are insulted in private messages, add the player to your ignore list, and in case of persistent harassment create a ticket with a screenshot.
# Advertising other servers
Luring players to another server or project is forbidden: its name, address, opening date, rates with a call to go there. Criticism of this server, a story of where you played before, selling and buying items do not count as advertising.
- In general chat, shout, trade and hero chat
- A character ban for 8 hours: the character is kicked from the game and cannot log in until the ban ends
- In private messages
- A chat ban for 15 minutes, 30 minutes on a repeat, then 60 minutes each time
# If a ban was given by mistake
The automatic check can make a mistake. Create a ticket in your account on the site and give the character name, the approximate server time and what exactly you wrote - we review every request against the chat log and correct the checking rules. How support works - Server Information.
