Bug bounty — rewards for every confirmed report

Help us keep the server clean. Every confirmed bug — from typos to dupes — earns Coin of Luck and exclusive bonuses. The reward size is set by the administration on a case-by-case basis.

Why we want your bug reports

L2 Afterwork stays clean because players hunt down rough edges before they spread. Every confirmed bug you send us — from a broken quest to a serious exploit — gets a reward. The cleaner the report, the easier the fix, the bigger the payout.

What counts as a bug

  • Skill, craft, epic-boss and siege exploits.
  • Item, adena and resource dupes.
  • Broken quests, NPCs, instances, raid bosses.
  • Geodata issues (walking through walls, getting stuck).
  • Autofarm and GM-shop / donation-shop interaction problems.
  • Any deviation from H5 mechanics that gives a player an unfair advantage.

Typos and cosmetic UI issues are accepted too, in the lowest reward tier.

How to report

  1. Open Account → Support → New ticket and pick the Bug report category — or use the button below.
  2. Describe steps to reproduce, attach screenshots or a video link, name the affected character and pick a severity.
  3. Submit. The ticket gets a number, and you can read every team reply in your support inbox.

The cleaner your reproduction steps, the faster we can fix it and pay you.

Rewards

Every confirmed report is paid out — typically in Coin of Luck, sometimes with exclusive items on top. The size of the reward is set by the administration on a case-by-case basis, based on:

  • severity and impact (a dupe outranks a typo);
  • quality of the report (clear reproduction steps vs. "it doesn't work");
  • uniqueness — the first reporter of a bug gets the payout, duplicates are not paid.

We don't publish a fixed price list because no two bugs are alike. If the report is good, the payout will be fair.

What does not count

  • Bugs without reproduction steps. If we can't reproduce, we can't fix it and we can't pay you.
  • Third-party software issues (Windows, antivirus, your ISP).
  • Player complaints — those go through the Player abuse category, separate channel.
  • Discord DMs to admins. Only tickets count as official submissions and establish the queue.
