Kamael Exclusive Weapon: Icarus Heavy Arms conversion
It can bestow one of the following three functions, Focus, Health, or Light.
<PvP Enhancement>
PvP damage +10% (regular attacks, physical and magical skills) - against players, their pets and servitors.
On a regular attack (damage 50+): 10% chance to reduce the attack range of a target with a bow or crossbow by 200 for 10 sec. Triggers no more than once every 10 seconds. Against a player with no flag and no karma it fires only in a PvP zone, at a siege, in a duel and in a clan war. Cannot be transferred, dropped, or sold.
