Defense power for Grade S armor or accessory by 1 and by 3 starting from +4. It can be safely enchanted up to +3. For one-piece armor, it can be safely enchanted up to +4. Also increases HP according to level when armor is enchanted above +4. Cannot use armors enchanted by above 16. Cannot be used on the Olympiad. Can be shared between characters within the account through the Dimensional Merchant. Cannot be transferred, dropped, sold, or stored in a private warehouse.
