2nd Onyx Talisman.
# Tumran Bandits
- Go to «Altar of Rites» (southwest of «School of Dark Arts») and hunt Tumran Orc Brigand.
- Get
Ancient Scroll, then 
Ancient Clay Tablet. - Return to Kartia - she gives you
Kartia's Translation. - Take the translation to Thifiell - the quest is complete.
