  1. Talk to Abellos in the «Talking Island Village» and agree to help - he will give you Official Letter.

# The Letter

  1. Find Sir Collin Windawood - according to the guards, he went to the «Obelisk of Victory».
  2. Talk to him - he will take the letter and give the reward right away.

# Reward

Sir Collin Windawood will take Official Letter and give you Haste Potion.
