# Start

  1. Talk to Kusto in «Town of Giran» and agree to help.

# Lorain

  1. Find Lorain near «Cruma Tower».
  2. Hear her out and promise to reconcile her with Nikola.

# Reward

  1. Talk to Nikola nearby and say you came about work.

The reward is 18,100 adena; XP and SP are given only if your level is below 46.

Right after the reward, Nikola offers a sequel - one of two quests of your choice: "I'm not asking you to help me for free" - Nikola's Cooperation - Contract, "How long will you two keep feuding?" - Nikola's Cooperation - Consideration.
