Quest for Varka allies of level 75+ with a level IV alliance symbol: kill the raid boss Ketra's Commander Tayr and get 
Feather of Wisdom for Alliance with Varka Silenos. Given by Ashas Varka Durai in the «Varka Silenos Village».
# Start
- Talk to Ashas Varka Durai in the «Varka Silenos Village» and accept the task.
# Raid boss
- Find and kill Ketra's Commander Tayr - he drops
Head of Tayr. - Return to Ashas Varka Durai.
# Reward
Ashas Varka Durai will take the Head of Tayr and give you Feather of Wisdom and XP. The item is needed to raise the symbol in Alliance with Varka Silenos.
The quest is repeatable: after the reward you can take it again if you still have the alliance symbol of the required level.
