Repeatable quest for characters of level 76+ in «Hellbound»: collect 
Red Stone from the guards of the «Steel Citadel». Starts at Matras, for 744 stones - 
Dynastic Essence II, for the rest - Adena.

# Start
- Talk to Matras and agree to help.
# Red Stones
- Hunt the guards of the «Steel Citadel» - for example Body Destroyer, Passageway Captain, Passageway Mystic.
- Collect Red Stone: the chance is from 13% to 89% depending on the monster.
# Reward
Return to Matras and click "Show him the Red Stones". Then choose a button:
- "Give me what you promised for 744 stones" - he takes 744 Red Stone and gives Dynastic Essence II. The quest continues.
- "I have had enough. Give me the reward for the stones I have already brought" - 10,000 Adena per stone, the quest ends.
