Mechanics
A toggle skill: while it is on, it gives its effect and consumes MP every 3 seconds. The consumption depends on the character's level: at level 85 without enchant - 13 MP per 3 seconds.

# How it works
«Hard March» - toggle skill. At max level without enchant: «Speed» +20.
There is no activation fee. While the skill is on, MP is taken every 3 seconds. If there is not enough MP for the next deduction, the skill turns off by itself.
# MP consumption while active
The consumption is calculated from the character's level, not the skill's level:
consumption per 3 seconds = (skill coefficient × 5 × character level × 0.062, the fractional part is dropped) × 1.3
The coefficient without enchant is 0.4. Example for level 85: 0.4 × 5 × 85 × 0.062 = 10.54, without the fractional part 10, × 1.3 = 13 MP per 3 seconds.
