Mechanics
A toggle skill: while it is on, it gives its effect and consumes MP every 3 seconds. The consumption depends on the character's level: at level 85 without enchant - 33.8 MP per 3 seconds. The MP number in the skill tooltip is a one-time activation fee, not the consumption while the skill is active.

# How it works
«Fortitude» is a toggle skill. At the maximum level without enchant: Paralysis Resist +30, Stun Resist +30.
On activation the activation fee is taken once - 35 MP, this is the MP number in the header of the skill tooltip. While the skill is on, MP is taken every 3 seconds. If there is not enough MP for the next deduction, the skill turns off by itself.
# MP consumption while active
The consumption is calculated from the character's level, not the skill's level:
consumption per 3 seconds = (skill coefficient × 5 × character level × 0.062, the fractional part is dropped) × 1.3
The coefficient without enchant is 1. Example for level 85: 1 × 5 × 85 × 0.062 = 26.35, without the fractional part 26, × 1.3 = 33.8 MP per 3 seconds.
